Which Tonsillectomy Techique is best?

We often are asked which techinque our physicians use for tonsillectomies or why we don't use a laser. Lasers were once popular for tonsillectomies but has shown delays in healing and increased time the patient is under general anesthesia. There is also chance for tonsil regrowth.
The technique used by the physicians of Capital Otolaryngology, is the Colorado needle (or coblation). It is the latest technique that has a faster healing time and no chance for regrowth.
